When to use a stamp?
Stamps are useful for: documents that have been approved and need marking, draft versions that must not be confused with the final version, confidential documents that need a visual warning, invoices that have been paid ("PAID"), or expired quotes.
Difference between stamp and watermark
A watermark covers the entire page as a diagonal overlay — visible but transparent. A stamp is a small, rectangular element at a specific location (typically corner or centre). Both are useful; the choice depends on the desired visual emphasis.
