How to rotate PDF pages: turn 90° or 180°

1 min read·25 July 2026

Got a document that's upside down or sideways? PDFrust's rotate tool turns all pages at once or lets you select individual pages to rotate.

When do you need rotation?

A scan sometimes appears sideways on screen. A PDF made from a photo has the wrong orientation. A document has one page in landscape while the rest are portrait. Rotation fixes this instantly.

Rotate PDF in PDFrust

Open the Rotate tool on PDFrust. Upload your PDF. Choose whether to rotate all pages at once, or select individual pages for separate rotation. Rotate 90° right, 90° left, or 180° (upside down). Download the rotated PDF.

Rotate one page differently from the rest

Have a PDF where the appendix on page 3 is in landscape? Select only that page and rotate just that one 90°. The other pages remain unchanged.

Rotation saved permanently

The rotation in PDFrust is permanently saved in the file. After download, the PDF is always in the correct orientation — you don't need to rotate it again each time you open it.
