How to print a PDF as a large poster on A4 sheets

Want to print a large poster but only have a standard A4 printer? With PDFrust's poster tool you scale one PDF page across multiple A4 sheets that you tape together after printing to form one large poster.

How does poster printing work?

The poster tool divides one PDF page into a grid of A4 sheets (e.g. 2×2 = 4 sheets for an A2 poster, or 4×4 = 16 sheets for an A0). Each sheet has a small overlap so you can join the sheets seamlessly.

Joining the sheets

Print the sheets, lay them next to and below each other on a flat surface and align the markers. Join them with painter's tape or a glue stick. Trim the edges for a neater result.
