The real estate world runs on PDFs: property brochures, lease agreements, inspection reports, mortgage documents and energy performance certificates. Here's how to use PDF effectively for every document in the letting and sales cycle.

Property brochures as PDF

A strong property brochure includes floor plans, interior photos, key specs (build year, floor area, energy rating) and agent contact details. Convert photos (JPG) to PDF and merge everything into one document. Add the energy performance certificate by merging it with the brochure.

Tenancy agreements

Tenancy agreements are drafted, signed and stored as PDFs. Use PDF form fill for names, addresses and rent amounts. Sign digitally then flatten the document so no fields can be changed after signing. Keep a password-protected archive copy.

Check-in and check-out inspection reports
