How to merge PDFs on Windows 10 and 11
1 min read·25 July 2026
On Windows there are multiple ways to merge PDFs — from free online tools to built-in options. PDFrust is the simplest method: open Chrome or Edge, and you're done.
Method 1: PDFrust in the browser
Open Chrome or Edge on Windows. Go to pdfrust.com and open the merge tool. Drag your PDF files to the upload zone. Set the order and click "Merge". Download the combined PDF. No installation, no account.
Method 2: Microsoft Print to PDF (limited)
Windows has a built-in "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer. You can use it to print one document to PDF, but merging multiple files is not supported.

Method 3: Install free software
PDF24, LibreOffice, and Sejda can merge PDFs as installed software. Downside: installation required, software sometimes asks for updates or subscriptions.
Why PDFrust is the easiest choice
PDFrust works in any browser on Windows 10 and 11 without installation. Its privacy-protected processing happens locally — your files are not uploaded to an external server. Ideal for business documents.
