How to insert a page into a PDF for free
1 min read·25 July 2026
Need to add an extra page to an existing PDF — whether a blank page, a page from another PDF, or a scanned document? With PDFrust you do it quickly and for free in your browser.
Insert a page from another PDF
The easiest way: merge the two PDF files using the merge tool on PDFrust. Drag them in the right order and click merge. Want to pull a specific page from a larger document? Split that document first, then merge the single page with your original PDF.
Add a blank page
Using the organise tool on PDFrust you can insert blank pages between existing pages. Choose the position where the blank page should go and download the result.

Page at a specific position
Use the organise tool to manage the order of pages. Drag pages to the desired position. This lets you insert a page at exactly the spot you want.
Insert a scanned page
Scan the extra page and save it as PDF or JPG. Convert JPG to PDF using the JPG-to-PDF tool and merge it with the original. This way you can build a complete document from multiple sources.
