How to drag and reorder pages in a PDF

When do you need to reorder pages?

You scanned a report but one page is upside down or in the wrong place. Or you want to restructure a presentation without rebuilding the whole document. The Organise tool lets you do that visually through thumbnail views of all pages.

How does it work?

Load your PDF into the Organise tool. Each page appears as a thumbnail with a page number. Drag a thumbnail to the desired position. You can also delete pages by selecting them and clicking the trash icon. Then click save to download your new PDF.

Can I also combine pages from multiple files?

The Organise tool works with one PDF at a time. If you want to combine pages from multiple files, first use the Merge tool to join them and then rearrange the order.

Is there a limit on the number of pages?

There is no hard limit. With very large PDFs (hundreds of pages) loading all thumbnails may take a moment. Everything is processed in your browser, so the speed depends on your device.
