Architecture firms work with large technical drawings, planning applications, specifications and client agreements. PDF management determines how efficiently project files are assembled and shared.
Technical drawings and revisions
Architectural drawings (DWG→PDF export), structural drawings and services drawings are combined per drawing package. Watermarks mark revision numbers: "Rev. 0", "Rev. 1A".
Planning application packages
Site plan, elevations, floor plans, design-and-access statement and supporting calculations are merged for submission to the planning authority. Compress for digital submission.

Client and contractor agreements
RIBA agreements, JCT contracts and appendices are distinguished with watermarks: "Final", "Executed". Scan existing agreements and merge with digital appendices.

Site diary PDFs, Requests for Information and response letters are bundled by construction phase. Split by week or phase for site meeting review.
