Format and compress lookbooks

A seasonal lookbook contains dozens of high-quality product photos and collection information. Export the lookbook as PDF from InDesign or Canva. Send production orders to manufacturers

A production order contains size charts, colourways, material specs, and delivery dates. Send the PO as a flattened PDF so the manufacturer cannot edit it. Protect with a password if the PO contains strategic information (prices, margins).

Protect fabric supplier contracts

Contracts with fabric suppliers contain exclusivity agreements, minimum order quantities, and price terms. Sign the contract digitally after negotiation. Flatten signatures. Archive per supplier in a protected file.

Export mood boards

Mood boards are created in Photoshop, Canva, or Pinterest and exported as PDF for presentations. Compress for email delivery. Add a "CONFIDENTIAL" stamp if the mood board contains unpublished seasonal inspiration.
