Prepare official reports

An official police report contains the statement of the suspect or witness, the findings of the officer, and the legal qualification. Prepare the report as PDF, sign digitally by all involved officers, and stamp with the official seal. Flatten the final document to make it legally irrevocable.

Compile evidence dossiers

An evidence dossier contains the police report, photographic evidence, witness statements, and forensic technical investigation. Merge all items in the file in chronological order. Add bookmarks per piece of evidence for quick navigation by the prosecutor.

Archive and protect statements

Witness and victim statements are strictly confidential. Save each statement as a protected PDF — access limited to involved officers and the prosecutor. Flatten signatures of the witness and officer.

Record photo evidence professionally

Forensic photos are archived as PDF with a metadata stamp (location, date, officer ID). Merge the photos with the corresponding report in one evidence package. Flatten the stamp so the metadata cannot be removed.

Police reports for external agencies

Reports to the prosecutor, court, or welfare agencies are sent as protected PDFs. Redact information that cannot be made public (identity of informants, methods) before sending. Use the Redact tool for permanent removal.
