Getting an error that your PDF is too large to email? Most email providers limit attachments to 10–25 MB. PDFrust helps you reduce the file size or split the document.

Gmail: maximum 25 MB attachment. Outlook: 20 MB. Yahoo: 25 MB. Business email: often lower (10 MB or less). If your attachment is larger, you get a send error or the email bounces back.

Solution 2: Split PDF

Greyscale as extra saving
If the document only has text and colour elements that also work in black and white, convert to greyscale. This can significantly reduce file size, especially for extensive PDFs with colour images.
