PDF guide for inspectors, assessors, and inspection services

Inspectors compile inspection reports with findings, photos, measurements, and recommendations. PDFrust helps quickly assemble structured inspection reports with photo attachments.
Compile inspection report with photos
An inspection report contains the descriptive text, measurement data, and photo documentation. Merge the text report and photo attachments into one PDF. Insert each photo attachment on the page that refers to the finding. This way the visual documentation is directly linked to the textual description.
Annotate findings on photos
Use the Annotations tool to add text and arrows to photos pointing out the finding. Insert the annotated photos as an attachment to the report. This makes the findings unmistakable and unambiguous for the inspected party.

Stamp and sign the inspection report
Add the inspection service logo and date of inspection via the Stamp tool. Add the inspector's signature. Flatten the final report so nothing can be changed.
Compare historical inspections
For repeat inspections, you want to compare the current report with previous inspection rounds. Merge the historical reports into one archive dossier with tabs per inspection round. Add bookmarks per inspection date for quick navigation.
Protect for external parties
Inspection reports for clients, owners, or supervisory authorities are sent protected. Protect the PDF report with a password for external recipients. Redact internally intended notes not meant for the inspected party.
