Securing intake reports

Intake reports contain anamnesis, presenting complaints, diagnostic impression, and treatment goals — special category personal data requiring maximum protection. Protect the report with edit restrictions and archive as PDF/A in the electronic patient record (EPR).

Compressing referral and closing letters
