Is SVG sharpness preserved?

At high resolution (216 dpi) results are sharp enough for A4 print. A real vector layer (like in Illustrator or Inkscape) is not embedded in the PDF — the SVG is rasterised. For true vector PDF export you need Inkscape or Illustrator.
