A neuropsychological assessment report contains cognitive test scores, neuroimaging findings, and diagnostic conclusions that determine the patient's legal position, fitness to drive, and incapacity for work. Merging cognitive profiles

A cognitive profile contains scores from multiple test batteries (WAIS, RCFT, TMT, etc.) plotted over time. Merge test results from successive test moments into one overview dossier per patient. Insert a bar chart as a visual summary for the multidisciplinary team meeting.

Stamping rehabilitation plans

A neurorehabilitation plan goes through multiple evaluations. Stamp each plan with the evaluation date and the treating neuropsychologist. Insert the patient's and clinician's signatures as evidence of informed consent.

Merging multidisciplinary team reports

After a neuropsychological assessment, the MDT discusses the findings. The MDT report contains contributions from the neurologist, neuropsychologist, occupational therapist, and social worker. Merge all contributions into one PDF per MDT date for the patient record and the discharge letter.

Archiving fitness to drive assessments

Fitness to drive assessment after acquired brain injury requires specific reporting to the driving licence authority. Archive the fitness to drive report together with the associated neuropsychological test data as PDF/A. OCR makes the patient identification searchable in the archive.
