Protect medication overviews

Make scanned documents searchable

Older patient records are often scanned and not searchable. Use the OCR tool to make the scanned text recognisable. After OCR you can search by name, date, or diagnosis in the PDF record — essential for finding specific information in large files.

Redact personal data for external reporting

For reports to external bodies (insurance funds, inspectorates) patient personal data must not be identifiable. Use the Redact tool to permanently remove names, dates of birth, and identification numbers before sharing the document.
