Digitising the broadcast archive
Paper programme schedules and news archives from earlier broadcast periods are being digitised. Scan the documents and apply OCR so programme titles, dates, and presenter names are searchable in the media archive.
Compressing press releases
Press releases with high-resolution press photos are regularly sent to journalists and photo editors. Compress the press release including the photos to a maximum of 5 MB without visible quality loss in the press images.

For the use of archive material, music, and external photos, licence documents are maintained. Merge all licences for one broadcast into one PDF per production code. This dossier is retained for review by the media regulator.
