Reporting a bug
Is a tool not working as expected? Please include in your email:
- Which tool you were using (e.g. “Merge PDF”)
- What you were trying to do
- What went wrong or did not work
- Your browser and operating system (e.g. “Chrome on Windows 11”)
With that information we can identify and fix the problem much faster.
Suggestions
Missing a tool that would be useful? Or do you have an idea for how an existing tool could be improved? Feel free to send an email. We read all suggestions and include the most-requested features in our planning.
PDFrust grows partly thanks to user feedback. Many tools that are available today were added because someone asked for them.
